Our Trip in Pictures Part 2

Here is part 2 of our amazing trip. This is all Okinawa! P.S. Sorry for the pics that are sideways, thought I'd be able to rotate them once in, but can't and it takes way too long to re-upload and organize.

The sea wall near Cess and David's apartment.

Funny sign...um we have a situation...haha oh and Steve thought the panda taxis were funny.
Our first Japanese snacks. I like them!

 Pineapple Park

 Where the pineapples grow

They make pineapple wine and can fresh pineapples right there!

 The wine process--->

 Continued...

For some reason mustaches are in everywhere...this pic was for our nieces Cameron and Regan. I'm holding the one with the mustache.

The Aquarium lets you borrow umbrellas if it's raining. You pick one up at one door and drop it off at the other...no one steals them. It's fantastic!
Steve is holding a Sea Cucumber...they feel gross and look gross.

The Awesome water wall! Or Glass that is 603mm thick!

Observation deck, this was awesome. The USA would never have something like this for fear of people jumping in or dropping things. It was so cool and stinky!
Giant Squid

Vending machines are literally everywhere in Okinawa. You can stop your car in the middle of the street, get out and get a drink without others getting mad! We saw drinks and umbrellas in vending machines, and there are many others that we didn't see.

Zip-lining, Steve's first time ever, my second.

We each did a spill at least once!

Very poisonous snakes!
The huge net that you just jumped to in the obstacle course...from high up so it feels like nothing will catch you!

The Obstacle course continued.

Views

They actually wear these hats for real, to keep the sun from burning/tanning them.

BLUE water

Scary cliffs!

Not funny Steve! haha
The largest Shesa (sp?) on the island.

Trying to open their puzzle box...

Hibachi

David chowin' down
The purple one is made from their purple sweet potatoes...I did not like them.
Strange headbands, asparagus on mine, and carrots on Cessily's
They had a coffee shop named after me :)
Where I bought jewelry and tried on those headbands

Japanese Ramon  and supporting Kentucky.

The Typhoon...and some yummy food I can't remember the name of.

Eating Turkish food in Japan and Steve has some hot tea for after lunch that looks rather cute to me.
Cess and I love our toes! These nails are so worth being tickled fro this finish! Mine are the bottom.

Japan's garden representing it's sister city in China.

On the way to the fish market
                                                             Really Fresh Fish!

A castle
The drummers for the Obon. Lasts for 4 months, Cess and David get to hear this right outside their building.

Squaty potty

Our toughest hike yet, very rocky and such a reward!

We got muddy, but it was worth this view!

Our second hike to a waterfall that was wonderful. The hike itself reminded me a little bit of the creek hike to the clay wall at Aldersgate Camp in Revenna, KY.

Japan has Baskin' Robbins! AMAZING!
And they have menus!

Happy me with my BR!

Steve got to surf in the East China Sea and we snorkeled as well.

My favorite cookie in Japan.

The four of us! Love y'all so much!

Finally a food Steve didn't like! It was moving and yucky!
